I loved the story, and the characters. I saw a lot of influences from previous Disney Movies, which I have to admit I already loved. I think the messages are perfect for the little ones that like these type of stories. Overall, this is our new favorite Disney Princess at our home.

Stress Management, oh what a hard thing to learn how to do. Some people get so used to living with stress that they don´t even notice anymore, so when the time comes to understand the consequences that stress brings, the last thing that comes to their minds is: "Is stress causing this? But I don´t feel stressed!"

Lately, there has been a lot going on at our home. The last month had been very stressful. Between not knowing if we had to evacuate because of the fires that hit Southern California, a 4 hour drive once a week to visit a very sick relative at the hospital, and an odd shooting and screaming scenario that woke us up in the middle of the night, you could say that we were tense at home.

There are many ways that people can practice stress management. I personally have always use art as a therapy. Either I draw, paint, appreciate some art or create music. I used to practice Tai-chi some years ago and it helped a lot with techniques to learn how to breath properly. My husband on the other hand practices yoga, and it has been a while since he had done any. I don´t know much about yoga, but I thought it would be a good idea to learn, since next year we want to get pregnant and I have read that it is a great exercise to practice when you are expecting.
We have been talking about decorating
the guest room and turning it into a meditation/exercise room. My husband has been
going into the room and practicing some yoga exercises and chants mantras to
get him relaxed, but I´ve noticed that he was using small prints that
kept on falling off from the wall. His attempts on making the room
look more appealing to meditate were good, but I wanted to get
something special for him and thanks to
FulcrumGallery.com I was able
to find something that I thought he would really enjoy.

I was invited to review a product from
FulcrumGallery.com last week, and thought this was going to be the
perfect opportunity to get something nice and special for the house. FulcrumGallery.com was celebrating “cultural art week” and therefore I chose a print
from their cultural art category. As an artist I was very excited
about this opportunity. There were so many great prints to choose
from, that I had to mark them as my favorites so that I could later
go back to them again, and all of a sudden there it was, the perfect
art print for our future “meditation room”.

What I liked:

Navigating the art galleries in their
website was very easy and smooth. Choosing just one print was really
hard. They had so many wonderful pieces that I had to save some into
my favorites for later. For the moment my priority was getting a
piece of art that was not only practical, but that would also
brighten our day, and matched what I was looking for.

The prices were right for the
quality of product, and the options of laminating and framing
were the perfect touch when seeking to add that piece to pop your
wall. Honestly I wasn't going for the frame option because since we
live in California, big frames plus earthquakes don't give me much
ease and the print was supposed to go in a “meditation room”. I
was happy to be able to choose the lamination option and know that I
can pin down the print anywhere in the room without making a big mess
with the hammer. I was very happy with the size of the print. The
little prints that my husband had around the room were just too
small. I have always had preference for prints that are poster size,
making this item perfect for us. I think that for people that have a
yoga school, meditation rooms, or just enjoy Indian art, this is a
great art piece to have.

It is colorful, and has a lot of features
that involve chakras, mantras, yantras, and related mandalas. In a
way you could say it isn't only a very delightful piece, but it is
also a very informative one.

The shipping was great! We received
the item in 5 business days. We buy most of our things online,
and we know that usually an item can take as much as 3 days to 3
weeks depending on the item and it's location. It is annoying when
you have to wait more than 2 weeks to get something that is delivered
within the same country. Receiving the item in less than a week was
just great and made my experience a very enjoyable one.

One of the most important things for me
while buying online is the packaging. Is my item going to
arrive broken, torn, or somehow damaged? I was very pleased with
the way the item was packed. As you can see in the photo, there
was no way it was going to get damaged if the mailman threw it at my
door, which unfortunately they tend to do.

What I disliked:

As far as I could see, there were no
dislikes in my experience with this item and service. The prices were
right, the transaction process smooth, the shipping was fast, the
package was secure, I loved the print, and over-all had a great
experience.

I would have to say that this was my
first experience with this company, and I was fortunate that it was a
positive one. However, don't just take my word for it, there are more
reviews at their website so that you can have a more informed
decision at the end. Check it out: http://www.fulcrumgallery.com/satisfaction.aspx

The language in the print is in Hindi,
and there are no English translations for this piece of art. It is
not expected from let's say, Leonardo Da Vinci's sketches to be
translated into English just because you don't know Italian right? It
is art, and art is to be appreciated the way it was created from
origin, or it would loose it's purpose and just become a document. So
just be aware that these are prints of high quality pieces of art.

With that being said, this is the link
to their Indian art for your enjoyment and appreciation:

Overall, I had a great time
appreciating the pieces of art they have in their “cultural art”
section. Would I like to get another piece from their gallery in the
future? Most likely yes! They have a lot of different art prints to
choose from, and I saw a few prints that will go well with our
kitchen's theme and would look great in our dinning area. The prices
are right, the experience was great, and I can always follow them on
facebook, twitter, and pinterest to know of special offers and sale
events.

If you read my previous blog post, you probably know by now that I have this crazy good feeling towards new Disney´s Princess & Me dolls. And though I am not a fan of big dolls, because I just don´t have the space for them as a collector, it feels to me that I am willing to get rid of most of the furniture in the guest room just to make space for these dolls. Is that bad? Well, if your answer was yes, I am sorry to hear that, but the furniture is still going, lol. These dolls are adorable, beautifully scupled, and have the most beautiful outfits that I have ever seen in the princess dolls. Right now I am only a doll collector, but one day I am going to be a mom, and since my daughter´s name is already considered as Ariel, what better than to have some "Little Mermaid" dolls in line ready for her welcoming arrival.

Well, for the moment, these dolls make me feel very special and I hope soon I can review a couple of them for you guys, but more as an adult collector, rather than a kids point of view, which I feel also matters since we are the ones that decide if we get ALL the collection, rather than just one or two.

In the mean time, while I figure out which ones I am going to get first, let me share with you a great review from a fellow blogger that I found, who is also running a giveaway. This way you get informed for the upcoming sales, and holidays, and who knows, you could also win the doll from this giveaway. Don´t hesitate and visit her post, get informed, and try your luck. You might end up winning a great doll for that special child (or inner-child) in your life.
Dear Toy Companies,

I am a very enthusiast doll and toy collector, who values the energy, passion, and artistic skills that are placed into creating those magical toys that are not only beautiful, but are also keepers of our most valuable and treasured memories.
I come from a family that loves collecting different things, and therefore we always value the quality of what products are made of, and have learned to be a very good critique of what may be one of my areas of expertise; Dolls and other collectible toys.

I am looking for toy companies that want their products to be reviewed by an adult collector, who is going to give her honest opinion about the product itself, as well as for the quality of the presentation it comes in. I believe that sometimes, if not most cases, the presentation affects how a product is perceived so it is a very important factor.
It is important to hear and read reviews about toys from a kid´s point of view as most blogs show, but I feel it is also important to hear it from the adult collectors too, since not only kids buy toys anymore, and sometimes it is the adult collector the one that invests even more in the product, because it gets passionate about having a complete set or complete collection.

In my reviews I love to add photos to show details of the product, and most of the times add a video too, so that people get that feeling of almost having the product in their hands. I believe strongly that if you see it, you can get it, and videos supports how products looks like with even more detail, and how it works if it applies. I have to confess that nothing gives me more joy than talking about toys, sharing my experience with them, and recommending people around the world a good product. The great thing about being bilingual, is that you get to share this with even more people around the world, so that makes me very happy.

If you feel that I am a good fit to review your products, feel free to email me, so we can get in touch and discuss the wonderful world of getting-to-know-your-product & spreading-the-word.

Sincerely,
Agelessdoll (Laura Vara)Anonymoushttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09418625725680542990noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5613429539860736311.post-59677401294301120182013-10-15T01:20:00.000-07:002013-10-15T01:20:58.950-07:00Obsessed with Disney´s Princess & Me dolls
Somehow, I ended up with a beautiful 19 inch Ariel doll from Disney´s Princess & Me series. I love Ariel from the little mermaid since the movie came out to theaters in 1990. I already had this thing for mermaids, and Disney just made it possible for the mermaid princess to end up happily ever after with her prince. Well, though I love dolls, and collect them, I usually go for smaller dolls because I don´t have much space for them. I decided to get this Princess & Me Ariel doll, and noticed she is more than beautiful. Jakks Pacific really did a great job with the sculpting molds. Not to mention the beautifully crafted outfits they wear. Not long after, I bumped into Belle, which is also one of my favorite disney princesses. Somehow, a couple of weeks ago, as I was browsing in a toy store, I saw the jewel edition dolls, and when I saw them side by side I thought: "That is exactly how they should look in my room." I guess I went out to conquer the world and got distracted by shiny princesses! OMG, now I am obsessed. I want them all. I have printed out the images of the dolls and placed them in my walls just to remind me that I want them so bad. The question; "Where am I going to place them at home?" hastn´t even been digested. I just don´t want to think about it, because I don´t care, I want them! Lol. The problem is that they are between $40 - $50 dolars. And though that is a very well deserved price for the dolls, it is fine as long as you are getting one or two, not ALL of them.
I am really trying to figure it out.
So here is my plan. I already have two. My birthday is upcoming, so I might get another couple. I work hard these upcoming holidays and save for another couple, and bet all my luck on winning at least one somewhere online.
And well, to bet my luck, I would have to make good karma, and to do that I am just going to share with you my friends how you can also try to win one of these beautiful and bedazzling dolls that will make your princess at home, or your inner-princess really happy.

Go to : http://adventuresofthedomesticatedmama.blogspot.com/2013/10/princess-me-collection-review-and.html?showComment=1381824154421#c6040138782963245296

And by doing the requested activities (Likes, follows and so on) you might also get the opportunity to win and have one of these adorable cuties at home. I know my eyes pop out and shine everytime I see the ones I have, and daydream of the ones that I want for the near future.

So good luck, and I hope that we all can enjoy of these beautiful dolls that are worthy of any doll lover, and happy doll collection.

Have an amazing week!

Hi everyone, today I wanted to share something very cute that I found online. I don´t know how I ended up in their website, but I am very glad I did. If you read my last blog post, you´ve probably noticed that I have been into baking bread lately. It has been something very exiting to do, and now my life revolves a little around the bread and cheese making, aside of growing our own greens. And this is mostly why I felt so compelled to share this.
Let me introduce you to: "BreadCat". BreadCat is a very interesting, and in my opinion a brilliant idea of a product. It is a product that has it´s origin from a cute little story, which you can find in their website, and there are some fun activities that are great for kids of all ages as well.

As you read the name, this is a character who is a Cat, made out of bread. In my opinion it suits the love for people who like to cook, and bake, and that also like a bit of fun and cuteness in their lives. I think that people that love cats could also find this product very interesting, and not to forget those people out there that enjoy the "kawaii" movement.
On the "BreadCat" website, you can also find other products that are not as fluffy, but are very practical and fun to have around the house. A great conversation starting piece, that would surely make your guests smile.

If you want to find out more about the "BreadCat" and how to get one of your own, you can visit them, and follow them here:

Official BreadCat website: www.breadcat.com

And guess what? They do ship internationally! So this may be also a great option for a gift to a special person in your life!

I loved that they have different types of characters that are made of different flavours, colours, and more for all of our enjoyment. They have Banana-bread, Cinnamon roll, White Bread, among others. My favorite, and I have to say it, is "Moldy" He is just adorable, considering that no-one likes Moldy bread, lol. I really encourage you guys to visit their website and find out if there is a "BreadCat" that is just right for you.
That anyone who possess these qualities can be a creator, and bring to life a world of wonder. Once these "wonderful things" are created, they can bring all that emotive energy that they were made of, and bring it with joy into our lives.
I hope you enjoy this post, and that "BreadCat" also painted a beautiful smile on your face, as it did with mine.

Have an amazing day!

Hola amigos.

Déjenme presentarles a "BreadCat" (El PanGato).

Facebook: Da Clic aqui. Y dale "Like" a su página.

Today i am going to share with you something that I do aside of this blog and other projects of my own.
I have been happily married for almost 4 years with my husband, and that is almost how long I have been living in the United States. For someone that is not used to the lifestyle in this country, it was really hard to adapt. I was born in Mexico, in one of the states bordering Texas, and though we were used to going shopping and on holidays every so often, living in this country is way different. One of the hardest things was adapting to the food. Unfortunately for me, I come from a country that grows a lot of the food that they consume, GMOs wasn´t a big deal. You really didn´t have to worry that much about that subject, nor aspartame, nor other dangerous things to our body.
Now don´t get me wrong, this is a great nation, and has great people, but it is true that in order to stay healthy here you have to watch what you eat, go back to basics and try to go as Organic as possible to avoid weird diseases.

These is how my husband and I decided to start growing some of our own food. Because of the lack of space, we can´t grow that much, but we grow a lot of food that we usually eat. This way we save ourselves some money, and also eat healthier. We have been doing this for at least 2 and a half years now, and believe me when I say: "You can tell the difference between Store food, and home-grown food."
Early this year, my husband was given the opportunity to test a fertilizer for a friend on youtube who has his own channel, and because we wanted to show the results on video, we decided that we could do that also with the rest of our plants.
There is a great community of people that are willing to share with others what they know and their experiences with this or that plant. The most important reason why is: Because plants grow differently in different areas of the world. This helps more people get into the "growing your own food" culture, and living a healthier lifestyle. And to be honest, one thing leads to another. We started planting our own vegetables first, I got excited and started growing fruit trees, then we learned how to make bread, and the latest thing was learning how to make cheese. This is something I am very excited and proud about. I was used to a life where you work like ants all your life, and you don´t worry about food, because it is there. I didn´t plan on moving somewhere were you really had to watch what you eat, but things happen in life, you fall in love, and you follow your heart. Once there you have to take care of your family and yourself, and this is a great way to do it.
When I was 14, I had to go to plan B, because someone stole my dream saying: "Only 1 of 1000´s" gets to be an astronaut. So it really didn´t matter if I was good at physics and chemistry back then. My Plan B was to become a publicist, and make TV ads just like my great-grandfather did, though he made "Cinema" ads. But you know what? As I said before, things sometimes keep on changing and you end up with different dreams and different views in life. Today I know I want to be a farmer. Yes, from astronaut to farmer. Why? Sometimes we really don´t value what we have until it is gone, and this is a fact. My husband and I decided that we can still make a difference, and well you can too! It all starts with one or two food plants, the next thing you know is that you have fun, and plus you get an amazing reward.
If you want to follow my husband and I with this project of growing our own food, you are more than welcomed to watch our Youtube channel called: "The Lopez Garden"
We are not experts, but if we can grow it, so can you! Let´s go back to basics, let´s go back to that time were people used to live very long and healthy lives because they watched what they ate and grew their own food.
I invite you all to make a difference, and teach your kids that healthy is better, and that it will give you more quality life with those you love the most!
Today I would like to share my opinion on this very handy kitchen appliance. Why? Well, some of us are really trying to have a healthier life. Specially when you are also trying to avoid GMOs, partially hydrogenated anything, or bleached flour. I thought: "Well, the solution is doing home-made bread!" True, but not everyone is as gifted to successfully make bread, specially considering that Bread is one of the hardest things to do. Yup, baking a loaf of bread is not as easy as baking a cake. For starters it is a much longer process, and you have to be really patient. And still that doesn´t guarantee success at the end. My husband had been making bread 2 weeks prior to the Cuisinart Convection Breadmaker getting home, and though he is very good at cooking, the bread hasn´t been 100% what it is supposed to be.

So this was my turn, of course I wasn´t sure if I could do it, but Cuisinart being a trusting brand gave me a lot of confidence, and guess what? You can see the results in my first try, because I made a video!

So to my opinion, Cuisinart is brilliant, because it has a team of engineers that made it so easy to make bread using this absolutely amazing appliance. Not only does it help you to make bread, you can also make pizza dough, artisan dough, jams, sweet bread, and it assists you with baking in case you want to use it for a cake.

To find ALL the details on this kitchen appliance, Click Here.
I consider the Cuisinart Convection Breadmaker an excellent investment for me and my family, because your family´s health is so important, and there is nothing like knowing what is in your food because you made it yourself.

As you see in the video, this was the first time I ever made bread, and my first time using Cuisinart´s Convection Breadmaker and it came out just fine. I like the stainless steel finish, because it matches any other appliances in my kitchen. My favorite thing is that you can download for free the manual and recipe ebooks from their website (www.cuisinart.com) and this is great to take advantage of technology and just have them in your tablet close to you in case you need to go back to it.

Dislikes: The only thing I didn´t like was that when I tried to take the bread out of the pan it gave me a hard time, and obviously I treated it like when a cake from it´s mold, used a butter knife and unfortunately I scratched the mold in the inside. The good thing is that they sell the pieces separately at www.cuisinart.com and if it gets really bad I can just buy another pan. But I have to be honest, it did get frustrated for a bit. Lucky for me, husband came to the rescue and he just tapped the mold from all around and like magic the bread came out.

All in all, I had a great experience using this appliance. Husband thought it was a great deal here in the house. Not confessing that my bread turned out better than his, lol.

Jajaja
I used recycling, reusing, and repurposing materials and methods. In my house we recycle green waste to use as compost which works amazingly with our plants. It's like a circle of life, in which we enjoy the end product. The mango I had was so good, I thought that it would probably give good mangos too if I plant it. So, after a month and a week, here is the result. Enjoy and let me know what you think.
This photo was when my plant was 1 month old, so exactly one week ago. You can tell the difference in size as with the one in the video, just one week of difference.
Have a great weekend! Me? I have a ton of homework, so I'd better get started!
I think for people that want quality this is a great option. That way you are not stuck buying something that at the end doesn't suit you.

Also, you have the possibility to use equipment that is otherwise very expensive to use, what better option than to rent it, use it, and be able to decide if you really want it or not. I think that is great. The greatest thing I found out today, is not only all of this, but they are also running an amazing giveaway that I want to share with you guys. Just click here.

Don't forget to view their amazing equipment. You might find something surprisingly cool you might want to rent. Have fun and good luck if you enter to their giveaway.
(The sponsors for this Giveaway are Borrowlenses, I am in no way responsible for this great contest. I am only sharing the link to it with people that read this blog, since I am almost sure it could be of the interest of many of them. Please read the terms and conditions before you enter.)

According to Wiki, phobias are an irrational fear to an object or situation, which the sufferer feels like it would be a life threatening situation.

All my life, since I can remember (age 3 years old), I've had Selachophobia. This is the phobia to the Carcharodon Carcharias or commonly known as Great White shark. Why? Thank Mr. Stephen Spielberg for his amazing work in all the Jaws movies, because I didn't ever miss one. Funny thing is that whenever my family and I went on our traditional yearly holiday destiny, South Padre Island (Texas), we always ended up with a Shark encounter. Don't get me wrong. It is not like everyone who goes to this destination bumps into one of these prehistoric fish, we are just that lucky. So it kinda reminds me of the movie franchise itself, where only the FAMILY were attacked.

I've always been amazed with these creatures. I mean, after all, they have survived for so many centuries, and yet they keep on being so powerful and intimidating. I remember being a kid, and spending some of my recess at the library browsing through National Geographic magazines and screaming when I realized I had been holding a page that had a Great White shark's photo on the other side. That's how bad the phobia is. No swimming by myself in the pool, and sometimes even the bathtub would give me the creeps. Not all of them, only those in hotels at beach destinations. I have always been of the mentality of facing your fears right? Well wrong!!! I have gone to aquariums in all the oceanic destinations where they have sharks, and I seem to be sort of fine. In the summer of 2011, I went to La Jolla cove in San Diego California, and though I felt brave enough, I failed. I went in the water with my mother-in-law knowing that some years before a man had been attacked by a Great White just there. I thought: "There are a lot of people here, why would I of all be attacked?" This thought was good enough to get me a couple of feet in. Just about when I felt fish swimming between and around my legs, and the algae slightly rubbing my feet, it was time to rush out, and I literally mean rush like: "Feet, if you ever were meant to do something, it was to take me out of here like NOW!" I went running so fast that I actually hurt my foot while wrongly stepping in sharp rocks as I went out. I sat down in the sand as I observed the rest of the swimmers and thought: "This is wrong." It was humiliating, and I don't know what would happen if it was a ship sinking and I was on it. I think I would probably die of a heart attack first. This is why I don't do cruises, and never will. Thank god my husband is not even interested on those. I couldn't even try wearing a shark tooth necklace at some point of how scary it was to feel something so real of something that made me so fearful around my neck. And I don't mean to be disrespectful, but once I couldn't understand how a friend of mine who is arachnophobic could jump out and scream like a girl just by seeing spider webs until this experience I had.

So I suppose avoiding deep ocean experiences and swimming where the ocean's water is higher than my waist helps to ignore I have this problem. Unfortunately, this is not the only phobia I have.

I love swimming, and when young, I remember jumping from the trampoline like if there was no tomorrow. I also remember how it all started. I was growing up when I was between 11 and 13, and I could feel my body stretching as I saw things further below me. I felt tall, and with this I gained a phobia. I remember being up in the trampoline at the pool, thing that I had done before. Suddenly I felt my body stretching and in the height that I was, boom, it happened. Congratulations, you've just acquired Acrophobia which lead to height vertigo. I shrank, I just couldn't, and I grabbed from the railings and carefully went down the trampoline. I felt so vulnerable that I never did it again.

I tend to forget I have height vertigo, but when I am next to a tall building or structure and look up it just kicks in and I end up falling on my knees trying to grab on to the floor. I mean, this doesn't happen when I am on an airplane and looking out the window. The test was this one time that one of my close friends decided to go up a bridge through a staircase inside one of the columns. It had no railing in the side of the void, only on the wall. I would consider that very dangerous, but apparently the person that built it didn't think so. Anyways, we didn't get that high up, only a couple of 100 mts high. We were appreciating the view, when all of a sudden the wind started blowing hard and I realized that anything around I could use to hold on could potentially cause my death by fall. The space between the floor and the railings was huge, I could easily slip and fall, the railing diameter where we were was bigger than a hand could hold, I had to grab myself with both arms and still fall. I had to stand in the center of the flat surface and shrink to my knees. My friend grabbed me between laughs thinking I was being goofy, which I do tend to do. This time it was no joke. I thought: "This was a terrible idea, I shouldn't had listened to my friend. It is going to be very embarrassing to call the Fire Fighters to get me down from here." My friend decided to slowly and carefully help me down. Walking me to the stairs we took to get there. I had to face the wall and grab the railings with both my hands, so I technically went down the stairs sideways. My friend had to hold my back so I didn't feel the void in my back and so I wouldn't look down. I am a clumsy person, I have fallen from stairs before, and I thought: "YOU are not going to fall in this one. You want kids!" Hahaha, that was all I could think about. It was the longest and scariest moment in my life. When I touched the floor I understood why the Pope used to kiss the floor every time he landed somewhere. I think I almost did that. My friend just went back up by himself as other people were further up where we were before turning back, and all I thought at that time was: "That was stupid, this is dangerous and I don't know why people go up there if it is not safe at all!" Aside of my vertigo, I didn't think it was safe. I guess there goes my "wanting" to go up the Empire State building, and the Eiffel tower. Thank God I didn't become an Astronaut. Oh well, I'll survive. I do remember before the trampoline incident, doing this thing on slides, where you attach your feet to the railings on the top and you place yourself upside down laying on the slide. Your feet end up being up high and your head down. And in that position I would look at the sky and observed the stars. In a couple of occations I did this before nightfall when the sky was still bright, and OMG did I panic. I felt like I was so high up that I couldn't see the floor. I felt like sometimes it would be ok, because I knew it was the sky and I was looking up, and sometimes my brain would just invert the situation telling me it was the area beneath my feet. This never happens when I look up at the sky in a normal standing position, just happened when I was upside down. I suppose that was it for doing that and using slides the wrong way. I noticed that after 6 months of going to school by train and crossing a bridge to get there, my height vertigo started kicking in the past couple of weeks. It hadn't happened before, but all of a sudden it started and now to cross the bridge I have to sing or do something to avoid the panic, since I do have to cross it to go to school. I guess this is why I am sharing this post with all of you guys. Sharing makes me feel brave, and maybe I can brainwash my brain that way, lol.

Now, I've shared with you folks my two phobias. It is a bit embarrassing to be able to say that you have a phobia, and saying that you have more than one could feel like more so. I have learned that reading about other people's experiences and sharing is a good way to work things out and not to feel so bad about this. I suppose it also helps researchers help us deal with them and try to figure out where they come from and why they happen like they do in such a different way a normal fear, like being afraid of the dark, would do.
Does any of you have a phobia or know someone who has a phobia? If so, please share. Also, which is the most bizarre phobia that you've heard someone have?

Thank you for sharing and for reading my post. I hope everyone who is reading have a great week, and that I didn't freak you out that much with my phobic adventures, lol.
Just looking at the art mainly. I have been a Magic the Gathering trading card collector since 1997, and though I never got the game, I truly treasure the amazing art on them. Anyhow, to my surprise and it does happen every now, I had an amazing finding. To my surprise I bumped into a card that in Mint condition is $85 dollars. I almost lost my undergarments lol. Well, it is not in mint condition, but I thought; Hey, if I sell it, I can rescue some barbie dolls (like I usually do when I get some money) from a garage sale or something. So let me show you guys the card I found. I decided to post it on ebay, which is a great tool to do this and try to sell it to someone that may have a better use for it than me. I also found it cool that I got to practice my photoshop skills with this graphic. So yay for me, enjoy!

Hello everyone, I am very sorry that I have been off for a while. Though it is no excuse, I got sick, and as those of you that have gotten sick from sinus infection at some point in life know, you can't really think much about anything period, when you are in this situation. Anyhow, I do owe you guys a review on the movie "The Hobbit" which I will do. I want to share my thoughts about it with you guys and how happy I was about it. I also wanted to share with you guys a couple of adventures I had during garage sales hunting and what Santa brought me.

In the mean time, I wanted to share with all of you a photo I took of a very special doll I have. I am not a big fan of vintage barbie dolls. If I ever have one is for the love of collecting, and for adding them to my project, which is one day making a barbie/toy museum. Anyhow, I just love this one doll I have. She is a 1969 Flip Mod brunette Barbie doll. She is such a delight to look at. One of my favorites among my other barbie dolls. So I hope you guys enjoy.
